Hi, I'm Chelsie. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing teletherapy throughout Illinois. With over a decade of experience supporting children and families, I believe the relationships and systems we're part of shape the way we experience ourselves and the world. I bring both clinical expertise and a compassionate approach to therapy, helping clients better understand these influences so they can create meaningful change. I've always believed that no one should have to carry life's hardest moments alone, and I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and safe enough to be yourself. I don't believe therapy is about someone else telling you how to fix your life. Instead, I see it as a collaborative process rooted in trust, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we'll make space for your emotions, explore the patterns and experiences that have shaped you, strengthen your relationships, and build upon the resilience and wisdom that already exists within you. I have a special interest in supporting women navigating parenting in the early years, body image, disordered eating, life transitions, and anxiety. My hope is that you'll leave therapy feeling more connected to yourself, more confident in your relationships, and better equipped to live a life that reflects your values and what matters most to you.
